Roti Bank in India – Mahoba

Can you actually believe that we have a Roti (What’s Roti?) Bank in India! It’s been established to help the poor and hungry folks get something to eat and not go to bed hungry! They operate on the model of CrowdHelping where households each contribute 2 Rotis which is then deposited in the Roti Bank. Then the Bank officer and Volunteers go out distributing the Rotis to the destitute, the poor, physically and mentally challenged.

A 2 min video clip highlighting what they do:

Like them up on their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/rotibank) and help spread the word so that we can also start similar programs across India so that no one goes to bed Hungry!

This is a great example of the power of CrowdHelping where each one makes a difference by helping another and this is taken forward!
